American buyers said that they would only come to the exhibition if Chinese exhibitors participated in person.” Tao Zhang , vice president of the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, told reporters that for local buyers, face-to-face communication is an indispensable part of textile and apparel exhibitions, and it is also crucial for Chinese companies to stabilize orders and market share.
