Import cotton prices slightly declined on August 11
On August 11, quotations at China’s major ports slightly declined.
The international cotton price index (SM)
was 94.61 cents per pound,
down 0.57 cents per pound
equivalent to a general trade port delivery price of 15,794 RMB per ton
the international cotton price index (M)
was 93.07 cents per pound,
down 0.55 cents per pound
equivalent to a general trade port delivery price of 15,540 RMB per ton.
