Henan Second Spinning Machine: 30,000 high-speed spinning spindles exported to the Central Asian market
Henan Second Spinning Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Henan Second Spinning Machinery”) has recently made new progress in its supporting spinning export project. The first batch of 30,000 high-speed spinning spindles has been assembled and shipped from the Wuqia Port in Kizilsu Kyrgyz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, to the Central Asian market.
As a key core component of fine spinning machines, high-speed spinning spindles directly determine spinning production efficiency and yarn quality. This batch of products will serve newly established local spinning projects and help upgrade textile manufacturing capabilities in Central Asia.
In recent years, with the continuous deepening and practical implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, the textile industry in Central Asia has accelerated its capacity development, and the demand for complete spinning equipment and core components has continued to increase. Henan Erfangji adheres to the dual-driven strategy of ‘deep domestic cultivation and overseas expansion,’ seizing opportunities arising from changes in the international textile industry landscape. On one hand, it continuously iterates high-speed, long-life spinning spindle products and refines product solutions suitable for overseas projects; on the other hand, it steadily broadens overseas channels, leveraging the geographical advantages of Xinjiang’s border areas to establish logistics export links to Central Asia, supporting domestic spinning machine main engine enterprises, and exporting high-quality domestic core spinning components in batches. As a result, overseas orders have achieved steady growth, and export operations continue to improve.
Looking ahead to subsequent overseas market expansion, Henan Erfangji Chairman Cao Xiucheng stated:
